Posting a Request for Quote yourself.

• Before a purchaser can post an RFQ, they must register with ePallet.net. (The purchaser will receive a username and password)
• There is no charge to register or to Post Request for Quotes.
• Request for Quotes should be for a minimum of 400 pallets per month.  If your monthly usage is less than 400 pallets per month, please use the Pallet Supplier Directory to find suppliers in your area.

To post an RFQ, follow these steps:

1. Register with ePallet.net.

2. After registering, you may proceed to post an RFQ yourself or exit the system and we will contact you shortly.

3. If you post an RFQ, your RFQ alert will be sent out anonymously to the suppliers who service your area.

4. Only interested suppliers will be given the details of  your RFQ, including your company name.

5. Suppliers will respond directly to you with the quotes.

6. The RFQ will remain on the ePallet.net system for 10 calendar days.

7. It is your responsibility to respond to the suppliers that send you quotes.
